Die Kyocera Corporation hat den Abschluss ihres Angebots zum Kauf einer Aktienmehrheit an der Nihon Inter Electronics Corporation bekannt gegeben. Das Verfahren wurde am 31. Juli 2015 eingeleitet und am 28. August 2015 abgeschlossen. Mit dem Erfüllungsdatum vom 4. September 2015 wird Kyocera damit beginnen, eine Beteiligung von 69,33 % an der Nihon Inter Electronics Corporation zu erwerben. Dazu gehören 40.112.700 Stammaktien sowie 21.461.524 Aktien, die aus 9.121.148 Vorzugsaktien der Klasse A umgewandelt werden. Das sind insgesamt 61.574.224 Aktien.
