Negative Auswirkungen auf Umsatz und Betriebsergebnis in 2008 durch Stornierung eines Auftrags zu erwarten

Die LSW Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Bremen ("LSW"), eine 100%-ige Tochtergesellschaft der KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, hat mit der GETRAG Transmission Manufacturing LLC, Indiana/USA ("GETRAG USA") einen Vertrag über die Lieferung von zwei Linien für die Herstellung von Getrieben geschlossen. GETRAG USA hat am 17.11.2008 die Eröffnung eines Gläubigerschutzverfahrens nach Chapter 11 des US Bankruptcy Code beantragt.

LSW hat bislang von GETRAG USA keine Zahlungen für das Projekt im Wert von rund 23 Mio.EUR erhalten, wobei sich LSW die Durchsetzung ihrer Rechtspositionen gegenüber allen Beteiligten vorbehält.

Abhängig vom weiteren Verlauf des Insolvenzverfahrens und weiteren Gesprächen mit dem GETRAG Konzern bestehen für die Kennzahlen des
