Die Wyser-Pratte Management & Co., Inc. hat der KUKA Aktiengesellschaft mitgeteilt, dass sie nunmehr 4,74 Prozent der Stimmrechte an der KUKA AG hält (vorher 7,75 Prozent) und diese Quote auf absehbare Zeit konstant bleiben soll. Ein bedeutender Anteil der abgegebenen Aktien wurde von Grenzebach übernommen.
