Die Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH teilte am 09. März 2009 mit, dass sie ihren Anteil an der KUKA Aktiengesellschaft auf knapp über 10 Prozent der Stimmrechte erhöht hat. Am 4. Dezember 2008 hatte die Firma Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH bereits den Erwerb von 5,43 Prozent der KUKA Aktien gemeldet.

Die KUKA Aktiengesellschaft sieht in dem Engagement der Firma Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH bei KUKA einen Vertrauensbeweis in das Potential und die Qualität des Unternehmens sowie in die Attraktivität der KUKA Aktie.

Die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit und Partnerschaft zwischen KUKA und Firma Grenzebach besteht seit vielen Jahren und stärkt den weiteren Ausbau der General Industry-Aktivitäten
