Die Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH teilte am 27. April 2010 der KUKA AG mit, dass sie beabsichtige, Herrn Dr. Michael Proeller auf der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 29. April 2010 als neues Mitglied in den Aufsichtsrat der KUKA Aktiengesellschaft vorzuschlagen.

Dr. Proeller soll anstelle von Dr. Till Reuter, der sein Amt als Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates der KUKA AG am 26. April 2010 niedergelegt hat, gewählt werden.

Dr. Michael Proeller (44) ist seit 1996 als geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der Erhardt+Leimer GmbH, Stadtbergen/Augsburg, tätig.

KUKA AG hatte am 26. April mitgeteilt, dass der Aufsichtsrat Herrn Dr. Till Reuter mit sofortiger Wirkung bis Ende 2013 zum Rvwqotcriufn mcp Nrnvmejcil fpqhcxb rpj.
