In der Automobilbranche kommt es immer mehr darauf an, nachhaltig und effizient zu produzieren. Als alternative Fügeverfahren ermöglicht es die Klebe- und Abdichttechnik im Karosseriebau, verschiedenste Materialien zuverlässig zu verbinden. KUKA verfügt hier über umfassende Expertise und liefert für Audi eine vollautomatisierte Produktionsanlage.

Im zweiten Quartal 2020 erhielt KUKA den Zuschlag zur Planung, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von zehn Roboterstationen zum automatisierten Nahtabdichten und Dämmstoffauftrag inklusive Materialversorgung. Auf dieser Produktionsanlage werden künftig mehrere Audi-Modelle in verschiedensten Varianten abgedichtet und gedämmt.
