Der Aufsichtsrat der K+S KALI GmbH, Kassel, hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung Herrn Dr. Ulrich Lamp mit Wirkung vom 1. April 2012 zum neuen Mitglied der Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft bestellt. Sein Mandat läuft bis zum 31. März 2017. Dr. Lamp wird ab 1. Juli 2012 zusätzlich die Funktionen von Richard L. Wilson (64) als Präsident und Vorstandsvorsitzender der K+S Potash Canada GP in Saskatoon, Kanada, übernehmen. Bereits seit März 2011 leitet Lamp das Projekt Legacy-Integration bei K+S.

Richard L. Wilson, der zum 30. Juni 2012 in den Ruhestand treten wird, war mehr als 41 Jahre bei Morton Salt in den
