Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre der Komax Holding AG stimmten an der ordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 9. April 2026 im KKL Luzern allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zu. Sie bestätigten Andreas Häberli als Präsidenten des Verwaltungsrats und wählten alle weiteren zur Wahl stehenden Mitglieder wieder.

An der Generalversammlung der Komax Holding AG im KKL Luzern nahmen 207 Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre teil. Sie stimmten allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats zu. Insgesamt waren 55.0% des Aktienkapitals vertreten.
