Nachtrag zum Wertpapierprospekt gebilligt

Der auf Grund eines Schreibfehlers erforderliche Nachtrag zum Wertpapierprospekt der klickTel AG wurde noch heute Abend von der BaFin gebilligt. Auf der Seite 54 wurde in Bezug auf den Wettbewerber varetis AG ursprünglich aufgeführt, dass varetis im ersten Halbjahr 2005 Umsätze von EUR 4,87 Mio. und ein EBIT von EUR minus 6,25 Millionen erwirtschaftete.

Diese leider unkorrekten Zahlen wurden mittels Nachtrag nun wie folgt geändert: „Im Geschäftsjahr 2005 erwirtschaftete varetis Umsätze von EUR 3,224 Mio. und ein EBIT von EUR minus 24,278 Mio.“
