HiFocus 600i neo: For Cutting of Even Higher Material Thicknesses
Kjellberg Finsterwalde presents new plasma cutting system for efficient cutting
The HiFocus 600i neo cuts materials like mild steel and stainless steel with a thickness from 0.5 to 160 mm making the plasma cutting system highly versatile for the user. Moreover, marking, bevelling and underwater plasma cutting applications are also possible.
Consisting of two power sources (HiFocus 360i neo, PowerModul HiFocus 600i neo) and an external cooling unit, the new plasma cutting system can be adapted to all common CNC guiding systems, robots or pipe cutting machines.
Thanks to the optimised technology named neo, the consumables are saved and changeover times reduced, thus making plasma cutting with HiFocus and the new Kjellberg cathodes more efficient. From now on, the user benefits from these advantages when choosing the following systems: HiFocus 130 neo, HiFocus 161i neo, HiFocus 280i neo, HiFocus 360i neo, HiFocus 44i neo.
For cutting mild steel, all systems of the HiFocus neo series work on the basis of the well-proven Contour Cut technology which stands for precise and quick cutting of contours, webs and holes, or, respectively, the Contour Cut Speed Technology for cutting contours with a cutting speed that is up to 50% higher.
Kjellberg Finsterwalde Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH
The companies of the Kjellberg Finsterwalde Group have developed and produced welding technique and filler materials since 1922 and also plasma cutting technique since 1959. Today, they offer a large variety of products and technologies for thermal separating, joining and processing - it is no longer possible to imagine the metalworking industry without Kjellberg Finsterwalde.
Kjellberg Finsterwalde is the oldest manufacturer of plasma cutting technique in the market and is the world market leader in this area today. In particular, the HiFocus series with its excellent cut quality is evidence of the company's competence. Laser cutting systems complete the product range.
When it comes to joining and coating metal according to the highest welding quality standards, Kjellberg Finsterwalde is the right partner, too. The company concentrates on customer-specific all-in-one solutions, thus offering users in the metalworking industry competitive advantages.
Quality-tested welding electrodes are produced in the Kjellberg Finsterwalde Elektroden und Zusatzwerkstoffe GmbH - one of Europe's most modern electrode factories. The product range includes more than 60 standard electrodes and numerous special electrodes.
Since 2012 the Kjellberg Maschinenfabrik GmbH offers individual services in tool manufacturing and specialpurpose engineering from small series to high volumes.
