3D-Modelle von bogenverzahnten Kegelrädern

Ein weiteres Highlight im aktuellen KISSsoft-Release sind die erweiterten 3D-Modelle. Es stehen nun Modelle für gerad- und schrägverzahnte Kegelräder sowie bogenverzahnte Kegelräder zur Verfügung.

Aufbauend auf der Kegelrad-Geometrieberechnung gemäss ISO 23509 können nun 3D-Modelle nach Gleason und Klingelnberg erstellt werden (Modul ZC10). Es werden sehr gute Übereinstimmungen mit Referenzsoftware wie beispielsweise BECAL erreicht.

Die Tragbildlage kann über verschiedene Flankenmodifikationen beeinflusst und anhand der Berührlinien im lastfreien Zustand vom Konstrukteur überprüft werden.

Abschliessend lassen sich die Modelle im STEP- oder Parasolid-Format exportieren (Modul CB1) und für die weitere Verwendung auf 5-Achs-Fräsmaschinen einsetzen.
