Die Claudius Peters Projects GmbH ("CPP") und die KHD Humboldt Wedag GmbH ("KHD") haben alle Streitigkeiten, die mögliche Patentverletzungen, die Rechtswirksamkeit und/oder die Verletzung geistiger Eigentumsrechte an der ETA Cooler Technologie und an anderen zugehörigen Bereichen betreffen oder aus solchen entstehen, beigelegt. CPP und KHD haben einen umfassenden Vergleich sowie eine nicht ausschließliche, bedingte und nicht übertragbare Lizenzvereinbarung über die Nutzung ausgewählter Aspekte der ETA Cooler Technologie geschlossen. Alle anhängigen Rechtsstreitigkeiten zwischen CPP und KHD werden beigelegt. KHD wird an CPP einen einmaligen Ausgleich in Höhe von EUR 1,5 Mio. bezahlen.
