K+H empfiehlt Automatische Verbuchung


Immer mehr Kunden der K+H Software integrieren bei Neuinstallationen der Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware das so genannte Banken Clearing-Modul. Es dient der automatischen Verbuchung der Banken-Kontoauszüge auf der AS/400 und entlastet somit die Sachbearbeiter. Voraussetzung ist ein PC mit Verbindung zur Bank und zur AS/400 sowie die Anwendung der Banken-Software zum Abruf der Kontoauszüge über DFÜ. Diese von der Bank angebotene Software ist im Leistungsumfang ähnlich und wird unter den Bezeichnungen db-direct, ELCO II, MultiCash o.ä. angeboten. Die Bankdateien können Kontoauszugsinformationen für mehrere Firmen und mehrere Konten enthalten; die Abarbeitung erfolgt in der Reihenfolge der Kontoauszüge je Hausbank
