KeyX – Serienprüfung von Hochdruckschläuchen

KeyX steht für ein neues und innovatives Dichtheits-Prüfverfahren, das für alle Industriezweige eine signifikante Erhöhung der Prozessfähigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Halbierung der Taktzeiten bieten kann.

Ein weiteres Projekt zur Dichtigkeitsprüfung mit der KeyXTechnology wurde realisiert. Bei der Prüfung von Schlauchbunden vertraut ein namhafter deutscher Hersteller für Schläuche und Reifen auf die KeyXTechnology.

Die vollautomatische und hochflexible Anlage mit zwei getrennten Dichtprüflinien ermöglicht es, alle Typen an Schlauchbunden in Länge und Durchmesser bis zu einem Druck von 25 bar zu prüfen. Zur Senkung des Gasverbrauchs wurde eine automatische Erkennung von Prüfgas im Schlauch realisiert, so dass flexibel je nach Volumen die optimale
