Hohe Schneidleistung durch neue Widia PVD- Beschichtungen beim Fräsen

Beim Fräsen von Gusseisen, Stahl und rostfreien Materialien setzt Widia auf neue PVD Beschichtungen, die durch die um 30 % höheren Schnittgeschwindigkeiten und etwa 25% höheren Standzeiten, allgemeine Kosteneinsparungen bei den Kunden schaffen.

Die Beschichtungen TN6510 (HC-K10) und TN6525 (HC-P25) schaffen eine gute Ausgewogenheit zwischen Härte und Verschleißfestigkeit in Verbindung mit überlegener Kantenstärke. Während sich TN6510 selbst unter schwierigen Bedingungen für das Fräsen von Gusseisen und Sphärogusseisen im Anwendungsbereich K10 eignet, dient TN6525 dem Fräsen von Stahl und hochfestem Sphärogusseisen .

TN6520 (HC-K20) kann unter stabilen und instabilen Bedingungen im allgemeinen Maschinenbau zur Bearbeitung von Gusseisen und Sphärogusseisen
