Der mobile, dank Akkubetrieb kabellose Roboter ist ein neuartiges Verkettungssystem zur Maschinenbestückung und zum Teiletransport zwischen verschiedenen Bearbeitungsstationen als Alternative zu klassischen Verkettungslösungen wie Transferbänder, Standroboter, Portalroboter. Vor allem in One-Piece-Flow-Anlagen kann er zur Erhöhung des Automatisierungsgrades eingesetzt werden und arbeitsteilig Werker von monotonen Arbeiten entlasten. Der hier eingesetzte Kawasaki RS010N ergänzt das System ideal. Durch sein geringes Gewicht bei hoher Reichweite, den kompakten und abgerundeten Aufbau und die komplett im Arm verschwindende Verkabelung des Greifers, minimiert er die Störkonturen der mobilen Einheit und sorgt für eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit des Systems.
