Kaspersky Lab wurde am 6. November im feierlichen Rahmen der "Channel Champion Awards 2009" in der Kategorie "Security" zum "Channel Champion 2009" gekürt. Die Fachzeitschrift ChannelPartner verlieh die Preise bereits zum achten Mal. Die "Channel Champion Night" in München hat sich bereits als wichtiger Branchentreffpunkt etabliert. Auch in diesem Jahr wurden die Auszeichnungen in insgesamt 17 Kategorien - zwölf Produktsegmenten und fünf Distributionskategorien - vergeben. Die Entscheidungen basierten dabei auf mehr als 2.600 Interviews, in denen ITK-Händler und -Distributoren ihre "Channel Champions 2009" wählten.
