As announced earlier, on January 1, 2014 KARL MAYER acquired majority ownership of LIBA Maschinenfabrik GmbH. Integration of the two worldwide leading companies in areas of development, manufacturing and delivery of warp knitting and technical textile machinery is implemented according to plan.

At this point in time, renaming has been addressed. As a member of the KARL MAYER Group, from now on, LIBA Maschinenfabrik will be incorporated under the name KARL MAYER LIBA Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH.
