Wechsel an der Spitze des Jungheinrich Aufsichtsrates: Das Kontrollgremium hat heute Rolf Najork als Nachfolger für den bisherigen Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden Hans-Georg Frey nominiert.

Der Aufsichtsrat der Jungheinrich AG hat heute beschlossen, der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung des Unternehmens am 11. Mai 2023 vorzuschlagen, Rolf Najork zum neuen Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates zu wählen. Des Weiteren ist vorgesehen, Herrn Najork zur Wahl zum Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrates vorzuschlagen. Hans-Georg Frey hat im September 2022 sein Amt als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrates mit Wirkung zum Ablauf der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung am 11. Mai 2023 niedergelegt.

Der 1961 in Bergisch Gladbach geborene Rolf Najork war von 2019 bis Ende 2022 Geschäftsführer der Robert Bosch GmbH und in der Zeit von 2016 bis August 2022 Vorstandsvorsitzender der Bosch Rexroth AG.
