Der Spanier Gustavo Fernández (Mitte) hat den mit 1,65 Millionen Euro dotierten Sofja-Kovalevskaja-Preis der Alexander-von-Humboldt-Stiftung verliehen bekommen. Mit dem Geld kann er eine eigene Forschungsgruppe aufbauen und finanzieren.
