Knapp 83 Prozent der deutschen IT-Spezialisten finden es wichtig, in Teams zu arbeiten, die aus Männern und Frauen bestehen. Das ergab eine Umfrage des IT Job Boards unter 103 Teilnehmern, 49 Männern und 54 Frauen. Demnach sind Frauen genauso gut für IT-Jobs geeignet wie Männer. In Bezug auf Karrierechancen und Gehalt gehen die Meinungen allerdings auseinander: 56 Prozent der Befragten gab an, dass Frauen seltener befördert werden und 52 Prozent, dass sie nicht dasselbe verdienen, wie ihre männliche Kollegen.
