Dr. Dirk Michael Rothweiler has been Head of the Optical Systems division since January 1 this year. As such he is responsible for the Jenoptik Group's global activities in the optical field. Dr. Dirk Michael Rothweiler studied physics at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Universität Aachen where he gained his doctorate at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He began his professional career at Carl Zeiss AG in Oberkochen.
