ItN Nanovation AG: Jahresabschluss 2013 wird aufgrund Umstellung auf IFRS Rechnungslegung erst im Mai 2014 vorliegen

Die ItN Nanovation AG (ISIN DE000A0JL461) wird die Vorlage ihres Jahresabschlusses 2013 um eine kurze Frist verschieben und ihn voraussichtlich erst im Monat Mai 2014 vorlegen. Hintergrund ist die Ausgliederung der Tochtergesellschaft CeraNovis GmbH per September 2012. Aus diesem Grund muss der Konzern ItN Nanovation AG für 2013 nunmehr zwei Einzelabschlüsse nach HGB und einen Konzernabschluss gemäß IFRS Rechnungslegung erstellen. Auch für das Jahr 2012 ist rückwirkend ein Konzernabschluss nach IFRS aufzustellen und von den Wirtschaftsprüfern zu testieren. Dieser umfangreiche Prozess wird eine kurze Frist länger dauern als zunächst geplant. Spätestens im Monat Mai werden alle Abschlüsse testiert vorliegen.
