SNS und ITC schließen Kooperationsvereinbarung

Mit der Kooperation zwischen systematics NETWORK SERVICES GmbH (SNS) und ITC Internet-Trade-Center GmbH & Co. KG (ITC) bündeln zwei etablierte IT-Dienstleister für Energieversorger professionelles Branchen-Knowhow.

Ziel der Kooperation ist eine umfängliche Prozessoptimierung in der Internet-gestützten Kundenbetreuung für Unternehmen, die das Abrechnungssystem SAP/IS-U nutzen.

Die Branchensoftware ITC-PowerCommerce automatisiert bereits standardmäßig zahlreiche Routineprozesse in der Online-Kundenbetreuung. Zur Optimierung von vielschichtigen Geschäftsprozessen (z.B. Ein-/Auszug, Tarifwechsel) mit SAP/IS-U erfolgt die standardisierte Kombination von ITC-PowerCommerce mit SAP Business Workflow.

ITC-PowerCommerce ist die branchenspezifische Standardsoftware für Energiedienstleister zur Internet-gestützten bzw. Browser-basierten Kunden-, Partner- und Mitarbeiterbetreuung.
