Berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung zum Datenschutzbeauftragten (IHK)

Die IHK Rheinhessen und die IT-Akademie Mainz e.V. haben für das erste Quartal 2007 einen Fortbildungskurs mit Zertifikatsabschluss IHK ausgeschrieben. Die marktorientierten Ausbildungsinhalte sind qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau und damit für die Teilnehmer im Rahmen ihrer beruflichen Zusatzqualifizierung ein wichtiger Baustein. Personenbezogene Daten zu schützen liegt in der Verantwortung der Unternehmen. Datenschutz ist einerseits gesetzliche Verpflichtung, andererseits Ausdruck von Kunden- und Mitarbeiterorientierung. Der Lehrgang beginnt am 05.02.2007 in Mainz und dauert eine Woche.

Die zukünftigen Datenschutzbeauftragten werden mit den Regeln und Zielen des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) vertraut gemacht, die sich zwingend aus den §§ 9 ff BDSG und anderen Gesetzesmaterialien ergeben.
