IT-Akademie Mainz setzt ihre erfolgreiche Weiterbildung "Grundlagen IT-Service Management (ITIL)" im August fort

Die IT-Akademie Mainz e.V. bietet Mitte August einen weiteren zweitägigen Zertifikatslehrgang "Grundlagen IT-Service Management (ITIL)" an. Der Kurs findet samstags statt und richtet sich an IT-Fachkräfte mit Vorerfahrung, die zukünftig IT-Infrastrukturen systematisch betreuen und Arbeitsprozesse im IT-Service gestalten wollen. Der Lehrgang schließt mit der externen Prüfung zur ITIL Foundation ab.

Der Zertifikatslehrgang liefert das Grundgerüst für den Aufbau eines IT-Service Managements und hilft den Teilnehmern, notwendige Aktivitäten zu erkennen. Prozesse der Erbringung, Messung und Verbesserung von IT-Services für die verschiedenen Anwendergruppen werden praxisnah dargestellt.
