Der Vorstand der InterCard AG Informationssystem hat auf der Grundlage des Ermächtigungsbeschlusses der Hauptversammlung vom 23. Juni 2009 und mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrates unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des genehmigten Kapitals 2009 eine Kapitalerhöhung gegen Bareinlage unter Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre beschlossen. Die Kapitalerhöhung ist bereits platziert. Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft soll von EUR 1.200.000,00 um EUR 120.000,00 auf EUR 1,320.000,00 durch Ausgabe von 120.000 neuen, auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien mit einem rechnerischen Anteil am Grundkapital von EUR 1,00 je Aktie gegen Bareinlagen zum Ausgabebetrag von EUR 3,60 je Aktie erhöht werden.
