INSIGMA betreibt seit Kurzem das Dealer Assistance Centre (DAC) für Ford-Händler

Die INSIGMA IT Engineering GmbH, ein Kölner IT-Unternehmen, betreibt im Auftrag des Automobilkonzerns Ford für alle Ford-Händler in Deutschland das DAC (Dealer Assistance Centre). Damit ist INSIGMA nun in diesem Bereich der "Single Point of Contact" (SPOC) für über 50 Anwendungen, die Ford den Händlern in Deutschland zur Bearbeitung ihrer zentralen Prozesse zur Verfügung stellt. Die Anwendungen werden beim Händler von der Steuerung von Marketingmaßnahmen über die Bestellung von Fahrzeugen bzw. von Zubehör-und Ersatzteilen bis zur Abwicklung von Garantiefällen eingesetzt.
