SPS IPC Drives 2015: Innovasic demonstriert erstmals "Ethernet to the Edge"

Innovasic, ein führender Anbieter von Industrial Ethernet und deterministischen Ethernet Halbleiterlösungen, zeigt erstmals auf der SPS IPC Drives ein schlankes Ethernet-Konzept, um Ethernet für Netzwerke in der Industrie, in der Gebäudeautomatisierung, in den Bereich Transportation und Automotive einzusetzen. Mit diesem Konzept des „Ethernet Knotens geringer Komplexität“ lässt sich die Fläche, die Verlustleistung und damit die Kosten minimieren. Das Ziel ist, einfache Komponenten ohne Einsatz eines Prozessors direkt in ein Ethernet-Netzwerk einzubinden. Auf der Netzwerkseite kann ein schlanker Ethernet Knoten an jedem 10/100/1000 Ethernet Netzwerk teilhaben und neben jedem anderen Industrial Ethernet Protokoll arbeiten.
