The Taiwanese embedded flash and DRAM memory manufacturer Innodisk Corporation is launching the NVMe BGA SSD, a highly integrated NanoSSD solution with a very small footprint in a SiP package, with the form factor of 11.5mm x 13mm and in the memory capacities 32, 64, 128, 256 and 512GB. The power consumption is <2mW at non-operating state or at max. 2.0W in READ / WRITE operation on the 512GB version, making it ideal for use in battery-powered applications without sacrificing performance. With the PCIe Gen 3x2 NVME 1.3 a highly flexible interface is used. The working temperature range is between
