Innodisk is expanding its product range of flash and storage solutions with industrial-grade 112-layer 3D TLC SSDs with a storage capacity of up to 8 TB. The complete product line includes the 3TG6-P and 3TE7 SATA series and the Gen3x4 and Gen4x4 PCIe series.

The new TLC SSD series is an evolution of the 3D NAND design with faster performance and higher capacity. Compared to the previous 96-layer technology, which offered a maximum of 2 TB of storage, the new 112-layer PCIe Gen 4x4 series increases capacity to 8 TB for U.2 SSD and to 4 TB for M.2 (P80).
