Die neueste Serie ist eine Weiterentwicklung der vorherigen 96-Layer PCIe Gen 3x4 Serie und zeichnet sich durch höhere Kapazität, bessere Leistung und verbesserte Datensicherheit aus. Die neue Serie garantiert bis zu 3.000 P/E-Zyklen. Mit einer intern entwickelten Firmware sind Kapazitäten bis 8 TB bei U.2 SSD und 4 TB bei M.2 (P80) verfügbar. Diese Firmware garantiert eine hohe Stabilität ohne plötzliche Leistungseinbrüche sowie einen reduzierten Write Amplication Factor (WAF).
