Die Produktinformationen, die bei Balluff in einem bestehenden PIM-System verwaltet sind, sollten direkt für die Unternehmenswebseite verwendet werden, um unnötige Mehrfachpflege, Zeitverluste und kostenintensive Fehlerquellen zu vermeiden. Daher wurde die Online-Katalog Engine infuniq®web der infuniq systems GmbH auf Grund der nahtlosen Integrationsmöglichkeit für das verwendete OpenText CMS und das bestehende PIM-System ausgewählt.
