Die englische Systems Union Group plc, Farnborough, Hampshire, hält nach Ablauf der weiteren (und damit letzten) Angebotsfrist insgesamt 93,50 Prozent der Stimmrechte an der MIS AG (ISIN DE 000 661 240 1/ WKN 661240). Der Kaufpreis für das auf Business-Intelligence spezialsierte Software- und Beratungsunternehmen beträgt gemäß dem Angebot 10,00 Euro je Aktie, das sind in Summe
31,88 Mio. Euro.

Die Systems Union Group hat im Rahmen ihres freiwilligen öffentlichen Übernahmeangebots 64,02 Prozent und über die Börse weitere 29,48 Prozent der Aktien der MIS AG erworben.
