Der Fuhrpark des Osnabrücker Logistikdienstleisters Meyer & Meyer hat ein neues Zugpferd. Das Besondere: Der Lkw fährt mit einem Elektroantrieb. Gerd-Christian Titgemeyer, Präsident der IHK Osnabrück - Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim, hatte jetzt Gelegenheit zu einer Probefahrt.

"Das Fahrzeug ist von außen kaum von normalen Lkws zu unterscheiden. Es fehlt nur der Auspuff", lobt IHK-Präsident Titgemeyer nach dem Test. "Der elektrische Antrieb ermöglicht beim Einsatz von regenerativ erzeugtem Strom eine fast emissionsfreie Mobilität. Ich freue mich, dass ein Unternehmen aus unserem Wirtschaftsraum diese Antriebstechnik als erstes auch für den gewerblichen Einsatz erprobt."
