Bei der Beschäftigung von Mitarbeitern sind von der Einstellung bis zur Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses zahlreiche Gesetze und Regelungen zu beachten. "Wir wollen unseren Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern die vielen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten aufzeigen und einen Überblick über das Arbeitsrecht verschaffen", so Svenja Jochens, Justitiarin der Industrie- und Handelskammer Lippe zu Detmold (IHK Lippe). "Uns ist gelungen, den Arbeitgeberverband Lippe für das Thema zu gewinnen, um die rechtlichen wie tatsächlichen Fallstricke aus Arbeitgebersicht zu beleuchten und zu erläutern", so Jochens weiter.
