Kunststoffe werden in der Medizintechnik immer wichtiger. Daher ist es für Unternehmen der Medizintechnik unerlässlich, sich über dieses Thema zu informieren. Die Technologietransferinitiative MedicalMountains AG hat deshalb im Rahmen eines Expertentreffens von 15 Vertretern regionaler Medizintechnikbetrieben, dem sogenannten "Expert Table", neueste Trends und Entwicklungen aufgezeigt.

Die Expert Tables sind eine Plattform von MedicalMountains, bei den sich die Unternehmen branchenübergreifend austauschen und informieren können. Durch den regen Erfahrungsaustausch profitieren alle Teilnehmer und sind über aktuelle Trends frühzeitig informiert. Bei dem Treffen im Kunststoff-Institut Südwest in Villingen-Schwenningen berichtete Volker Wittmer von der Firma Hasco aus Lüdenscheid insbesondere über die Besonderheiten der Heißkanalsysteme
