IHK informiert über neues Recht

Am 22. Mai 2007 tritt das Gesetz zur Neuregelung des Versicherungsvermittlerrechts in Kraft. Die Industrie- und Handelskammer Hannover erteilt Versicherungsvermittlern und -beratern in ihrer IHK-Region nach Prüfung der geforderten Voraussetzungen die Erlaubnis und nimmt die Registrierung in einem zentralen Online-Register vor. Allein in der IHK-Region Hannover sind mehr als 4.600 Selbstständige betroffen. Über die Voraussetzungen, über Inhalte und Abläufe der Verfahren Pflichten gegenüber den Kunden, Haftpflichtversicherung
u. v. m. informiert die IHK ab sofort in kostenfreien Infor¬mationsveran¬staltungen und im Internet. Die Termine (jeweils 15:00 bis 16:30 Uhr):
