Aktionstag "Schüler als Bosse"

55 Schülerinnen und Schüler schnupperten im November in 50 Betrieben der Region "Unternehmensluft".

In diesem Jahr organisierten die Wirtschaftsjunioren Fulda bereits zum siebten Mal die Aktion "Schüler als Bosse". Das Projekt unter Schirmherrschaft der Wirtschaftsjunioren Hessen und der hessischen Kultusministerin Dorothea Henzler wird hessenweit durchgeführt. Am Projekttag begleiten Schülerinnen und Schüler, einen "Boss" - einen Unternehmer oder leitenden Angestellten - einen Tag lang im Unternehmen.

Sie lernen die Arbeitsabläufe vor Ort kennen, werden in die Entscheidungsfindung eingebunden und können so die Erfahrung sammeln, dass Wirtschaft weder abstrakt noch schwer zu durchschauen ist.
