(IM-AE, technical services provider in and outside Europe) announces that this morning, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, shareholders approved the appointment of Gerard (G.J.A.) van de Aast (55 years) as member of the Board of Management. It is the Imtech Supervisory Board's intention to appoint Gerard van de Aast as CEO after the shareholders meeting on 3 April 2013.
