Rüdiger Buss and Uwe Willhaus resign from the management board of IMPERIAL Logistics International

Management thanks them for their commitment

Rüdiger Buss and Uwe Willhaus are stepping down from the board of management of IMPERIAL Logistics International and leaving the company. These changes have been prompted by the new corporate strategy and agreed by mutual consent.

"Rüdiger Buss and Uwe Willhaus have been instrumental in shaping the favourable development of IMPERIAL Logistics International. Against this background, I wish to express my sincere thanks and wish them the very best, both professionally and personally", says Carsten Taucke, CEO of IMPERIAL Logistics International.

For the time being, their positions as senior executives in the IMPERIAL Supply Chain Solutions division are to be occupied by Henning Bosch and Michael Brandes. The current roles of these two managers within IMPERIAL Logistics International will remain unchanged. Henning Bosch will continue to oversee operational excellence at Group level, and Michael Brandes is to retain control of the industrial business unit. No other responsibilities are affected.
