Die Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Lüneburg-Wolfsburg informiert am 16. September in Lüneburg interessierte Hoteliers und Gastronomen, wie sie Energie einsparen und Kosten senken können, ohne dabei die Servicequalität und das Wohlbehagen der Gäste zu gefährden. Die kostenlose Veranstaltung ist Teil der bundesweiten IHK-Aktionswoche Energieeffizienz vom 13. bis 17. September.

Energieeffizienzsteigerung ist möglich, ohne dass der Gast es merkt und ohne die Abläufe in Küche und Service zu beeinträchtigen. Entsprechende Untersuchungen deckten Energieeinsparpotenziale zwischen 8 und 40 Prozent auf. In der Veranstaltung durchleuchten mehrere Experten das Thema und erklären, wie Einsparpotenziale aufgedeckt, Kosten gesenkt und geeignete Förderprogramme genutzt werden können.
