Tarifergebnis für Stammbeschäftigte der AutoVision erzielt

Die Stammbeschäftigten der AutoVision erhalten mehr Geld. Der am heutigen Dienstag erzielte Tarifabschluss für die rund 4.500 Beschäftigten beinhaltet eine Entgeltsteigerung in zwei Stufen: Die Entgelte werden ab 1. September 2016 um 2,8 Prozent angehoben und in einem zweiten Schritt ab 1. August 2017 um weitere 2 Prozent. Darüber hinaus erhalten die Beschäftigten einen Rentenbaustein in Höhe von 200 Euro. Auszubildende und Studierende im Praxisverbund (Stipse) erhalten einen Baustein zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung in Höhe von 100 Euro. Die Laufzeit des Tarifvertrages beträgt 20 Monate und endet zum 31. Januar 2018.
