Schutz gegen Umwelteinflüsse

Eine weitere Schutzmaßnahme gegenüber Umwelteinflüssen bei Industrie PCs ist es die eingebauten RAM und Flash Speichermodule von ICP Deutschland mit einem Schutzfilm aus Acrylharz, auch Conformal Coating genannt, zu überziehen. Das Acrylharz schützt vor Feuchtigkeit, Staub, Chemikalien, Hitzeschock und Sonnenlicht und beugt irreparable Schäden der elektronischen Komponenten vor. Dabei hält der Schutzfilm Temperaturen von -65°C bis 125°C stand und wirkt unter UV-Licht fluoreszierend, sodass Qualitätskontrollen und Reparaturen problemlos durchzuführen sind. Das Conformal Coating ist für die Speichermodule der CIS, CIE, CIM und CIR-Serien erhältlich und bietet für zahlreiche industrielle Anwendungen sowohl im Feld als auch in der Marine und im Nxckrylfwj Vbcrmjl Isqsjjlhxvwclyrdo.
