Das EBC-3620 ist ein nur 65mm flaches Gehäuse mit hochwertiger Aluminiumfront, in dem Mini-ITX Boards für Pentium M, Core 2 Duo und Athlon X2 Prozessoren eingebaut werden können. Für den Einsatz von weiteren Einsteckkarten wird eine Riser Card mitgeliefert. Hiermit können entweder eine PCIe 16x oder zwei PCI Karten eingesetzt werden. Zusätzlich zu dem frontseitigen Slim Line DVD Laufwerk lassen sich noch eine 3.5" oder zwei 2.5" Festplatten einbauen. Das externe 80W Netzteil ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. ICP bietet passend zu dem Gehäuse sechs verschiedende Mini-ITX Boards sowie die Assemblierung nach Kundenwunsch an.
