Skylake Mainboards und CPU Karten mit Intel® Prozessoren der 7. Generation

Industrielle Mainboards und CPU Karten werden in der Regel zwischen fünf und zehn Jahren eingesetzt. Folglich müssen die Boards über einen langen Zeitraum zuverlässig arbeiten. Erhöhen sich jedoch die Leistungsanforderungen oder werden die Anwendungen komplexer, ist meist ein kompletter Hardwareaustausch notwendig. ICP Deutschland bietet seinen Kunden hierfür eine kostengünstige und einfache Alternative. Mittels BIOS Update einiger Skylake CPU Boards und Karten wird der Support von Kaby Lake Prozessoren auch ohne Hardwareaustausch realisiert. Möglich ist dies für zahlreiche ATX und µ-ATX Mainboards sowie Half- und Full-size PICMG 1.3 CPU Karten, die mit einem Intel® Q170, H110 oder C236 Chipsatz und dem
