Dr. Kai-Viktor Burr (46), Director Human Resources bei Hubert Burda Media, scheidet zum 31. Mai 2013 auf eigenen Wunsch aus dem Unternehmen aus, um neue berufliche Aufgaben anzunehmen. Kai-Viktor Burr startete in der Personalabteilung bei Burda 2002 und leitet diese seit 2005. In seine Verantwortung fiel unter anderem die Gestaltung von "New HR", mit der Burr in der Personalabteilung feste Business Partner und ein Service Center für die Unternehmen des Burda-Konzerns einführte.
