Veränderung im Vorstand der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft

Dr.-Ing. Martin Rohr (56), Mitglied des Vorstands der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, hat von seinem vertraglichen Sonderkündigungsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. Er scheidet zum Jahresende aus dem Vorstand aus. Der Schritt erfolgt aus Gründen seiner persönlichen Lebensplanung. Seine Verantwortlichkeiten werden bis zur Benennung eines neuen Chief Operating Officers (COO) vom Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Peter Sassenfeld übernommen.
Über die Nachfolge wird zeitnah entschieden.

Dr. Rohr ist seit 1994 für HOCHTIEF tätig und seit Juni 2004 Mitglied des Vorstands der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft. Er ist für die Division HOCHTIEF Americas sowie die Gesellschaft HOCHTIEF AirPort verantwortlich. Sein Anstellungsvertrag war der letzte Vertrag, in dem noch eine eine
