Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH (HMF) learned on July 17th that the Regional Court of Mannheim, Germany, had decided that a squelch and noise suppression functionality of our two-way radios sold in Germany infringes a patent held by Motorola Solution, Inc. (MSI). This is a court of first instance ruling.
HMF disagrees with the decision of the Regional Court of Mannheim. We are reviewing the ruling and will appeal.
