Weltweit neues Gefäßverschluss-System nach Herzkatheter-Eingriffen im HDZ NRW

Erstmals weltweit wurde in der von Prof. Dr. Dieter Horstkotte geleiteten Kardiologischen Klinik des Herz- und Diabeteszentrums NRW (HDZ NRW), Bad Oeynhausen, am Montag ein neues Gefäßpunktionsverschluss-System eingesetzt, das nach einem Herzkatheter-Eingriff die Blutung an der Leistenarterie schmerzfrei und mit geringerem Komplikationsrisiko als bisher stoppt.
